  I've been satisfied with my computer, but recently it occurred to me that I will probably need to replace it.  How much did I pay for my old computer?  $300.00.  I have been surprised at how well it held up. But even though it seemed to be still working, the idea of replacing it kept occurring to me.  And then today came.  The internet company had issues, which they've had a lot lately.  But today when the internet went out, my computer faltered.  No way.  Not after what happened.  Once I had the chance I ordered a new computer on Amazon.  This one is a laptop for $700.00. There was a big price range.  I thought of buying one for $400.00, and even considered $1000.00, but the problem is, bad things sometimes happen to computers, and it's easier to take if you can get along with one that's not as expensive.   At the same time I had come to the bitter end with my cellphone, and decided to replace that too.  ...

You achieve this through lacto-fermentation, where natural bacteria on the cabbage convert the sugars into lactic acid.
