How I'm Going to Become a Multi Millionaire

 

Plan A:  Marry a man with millions.  

Plan B:  Wait for the price of silver to go up to $2,000,000 an oz.  

There.  What will I do with my millions?  Have a new roof put on the house.  A metal roof.  What color?  I'm thinking red.  Then?  Pink siding on the house.  I can already hear to remarks as people drive by.  Some will say, "Look at that silly, tasteless house!"  But before you know it,  every house in the county will be pink with a red roof.  I'll have to have the front door painted to match the roof.  

Next, I'll remodel the kitchen.  I may need to start over on the walls.  This dear house isn't insulated.  The cabinets will be removed, and then the sheetrock.  I may even have the sink removed for repairs of the cabinet.  All the exterior walls wills be filled with heavy insulation.  Then new sheetrock.  I'll have all the walls painted pink.  The ceiling will be repainted white.  Then I'll have the linoleum  replaced with tiles.  Then new cabinets out of cherry wood.  Then what?  New appliances?  Probably not yet.  The refrigerator maybe.  New furniture?  Yes.  A new dining room table.  New curtains.  I think I'll also replace the front and back screen doors.  But maybe later.  

Next I'll have the whole house heated and cooled with reverse cycle air conditioning.  Under the house I'll have insulation  put in.  

I think I would have the driveway paved.  

Then, the rest of the house.  The outer walls would all be insulated.  Probably replace the wiring.   There's a lot I wish were different.  I don't like the particle board paneling in the living room.  The carpet is worn.  I don't think I would put down new carpeting though.  What do I like?  I like hardwood floors.  

I'll have to think about this.
